The Student Health Center provides a full range of routine health care services to all registered students ranging from the evaluation and treatment of medical problems and injuries, to STD testing and preventative care. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a current patient, making an appointment at the Student Health Center is easy.

Same Day Appointments

Every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible on the same-day or the next business day for immediate issues such as a cold, upset stomach, etc.. Please call the Student Health Center at (920) 424-2424 to set up an appointment.

After-hours and Emergent Care

If you require medical attention on a weekend or at a time when the Student Health Center is not open, you are encouraged to visit a local urgent care clinic.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

Unable to Make Your Appointment?

As soon as you find out you will be unable to make your appointment, call the Student Health Center at (920) 424-2424 to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours will result in a no-show fee charged to your student account. See our No Show Policy for more details.

No Show Policy

Students who miss three or more appointments without cancelling will not be eligible to schedule any further appointments at the Student Health Center. A letter will be sent to the student and scanned into their Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The student will regain eligibility to schedule appointments in 12 months.

Students who “No Show” three or more times can still be seen at the Student Health Center, but will need to stop by to see if there is an opening at the time of their arrival. No appointments will be made for future times.
